THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS BINDING CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER CLAUSES IN SECTION 9. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the 25Ontario website (“Site”) and our AI-powered property management solutions (“Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Do not use the Site or Services if you do not agree to these Terms or if your jurisdiction does not permit them. The Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 21.
1. Services We Provide

AI Leasing Agents – Handle tenant inquiries, schedule showings, answer questions, and process lease paperwork.

AI Maintenance Agents – Receive maintenance calls, classify requests by urgency, troubleshoot, and coordinate contractors with tenants.

AI Admin Agents – Manage documents, track insurance and payments, handle complaints, and provide daily updates.

Third-Party Platforms – Our Services may integrate with or rely on trusted third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, communication, payment, and analytics providers). These partners may process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and security obligations.
2. Payment Terms

Subscriptions: Services are billed on a subscription basis, typically monthly. Plans and pricing are available on our Site.

Billing: You must provide valid payment details and authorize us (or our billing partners) to charge fees and applicable taxes.

Renewals & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. To cancel, you must remove all subscription items before renewal.

No Idle Costs: You are charged only for active usage and subscriptions.

Non-Refundable Fees: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Maintain accurate account and billing information

Keep login credentials secure and confidential

Obtain and maintain any necessary tenant or vendor consents for data you provide to the Services
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including:

Violating telemarketing, privacy, or communications laws (e.g., TCPA, TSR, Do-Not-Call rules)

Misrepresenting identity or using unauthorized voices or likenesses

Engaging in phishing, spam, or fraudulent schemes

Interfering with or disrupting the Services or third-party platforms we rely on
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are misusing the Services.
5. Data and Privacy

We handle customer and tenant data in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may use third-party platforms to deliver services, and those providers may access data solely as needed to perform their functions.

We apply commercially reasonable security safeguards to protect your data.

You remain responsible for securing your login credentials.
6. Intellectual Property

25Ontario owns all rights to its technology, AI models, software, and brand assets.

You retain ownership of any content or data you provide.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use AI-generated content to build competing services.

By submitting feedback, you grant 25Ontario the right to use it to improve our Services.
7. Service Levels and Availability
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control. Support response times may be outlined in a separate SLA.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific outcomes. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply.
9. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100 for free or trial use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

Jury Trial Waiver: Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

Jurisdiction: State and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
